FBC Samos – (Kokkari Surf & Bike Station) is situated on the beach on the Northern Coast of Samos, and is an ideal spot for both windsurfing and learning to windsurf. Sailing on crystal clear blue waters with a mountainous backdrop to take your breath away will ensure your Samos experience will be one hard to forget!

The FBC Samos center will welcome you with open arms, and you will soon become one of Giorgos extended family! The spacious center has a big grass area where large quantities of the latest Fanatic boards and North performance sails are kept. The center runs a board pool rental system which is very well organised. The sails are always perfectly trimmed, and with the range of kit available FBC Samos is a real test center for both you and Fanatic.

The spot is perfect at the same time for entry level, intermediate freeriders, freestylers and speed addicts. The wind blows side shore from the left, and owing to the shape of the coastline the further out you sail the stronger the wind becomes. The sailing area is unlimited with great open sea bump and jump conditions, and swell that can generate ramps up to 2m high on the outside. The configuration of the spot gives way to a slight wind shadow to the left of the main surf station, where an exclusive beginner center has been newly built. Entry level and kids can practice all day in the safest of clear waters with standing area, even when it is howling outside! VDWS instruction and certification are offered. On top of all this the spot is blessed with an afternoon thermal wind that literally guarantees daily planing conditions. Finally, there are no time restrictions here – the center closes when the last windsurfer decides to come off of the water!

FBC Samos has a really nice authentic and relaxed atmosphere, and is set up so that all you need is on site. There is a chill out area and BBQ where all the surfers get together and share the highlights of their sessions. The bar serves ice cold drinks, coffees and other refreshments at very reasonable prices, and there is a fridge for guests to keep their lunch and drinks cold.

Center only takes cash payment.
Recommend to bring surf shoes as there is a pebbled shore line.
Basic harness, wetsuit and shoes included in the price however we always advise that you bring your own if you have.
