Location: Mont Vernon is a formerly hotel building, turned into private studios. It is located at Orient Bay and offers spectacular sea views. The Fanatic the Boarders Center St. Martin is located about 4 km (15 min by car) away.

Studio & Facilities: The location is very quite, surrounded by lush gardens and a large pool. There is also a tennis court. From the grounds you have direct access to the beach. The studio is privately owned and has one large room with French bed, couch and desk, a small kitchenette, bathroom and terrace with table and chairs. The simple studio has air conditioning, TV and internet access. Maid service twice a week.
