INTRO – The Village Creole comprises of various apartment buildings surrounding a lively plaza with a collection of shops, restaurants, cafés and bars. There is live music in high season as well. The FBC Martinique is just a 5 minutes’ walk away.

FACILITIES – The Village Creole houses 24 studios and apartments who combine traditional Caribbean architecture with modern amenities. All units have been completely refurbished in 2011 and are now equipped with sound-absorbing. For a daily fee guests are welcome to use the pool facilities at the neighboring hotel La Pagerie. 

STUDIOS – The studios consist of one big room (32m²) with a double bed and pull-out sofa, kitchenette with stove, fridge, microwave oven and coffee maker, dining table, individual air conditioning, flat screen TV (French channels) and safe (23 EUR/week). The separate bathroom provides shower/WC (no hair dryer). WiFi is available at extra charge. 

APARTMENTS - The apartments are between 35-65m² in size and have a separate bedroom with double bed and two pull-out sofas in the living room. The larger units have a second double bed in the mezzanine.

BOARD BASIS – Self-catering. You can add half board (incl. pool use) at Hotel La Pagerie.

MAX. OCCUPANCY – 4 pers. in studios and up to 6 pers. in apartments

REDUCTIONS – Rates per unit, no child reduction available.

WHAT WE THINK – Really nice and new apartments. Thanks to the renovation and new windows the units are more quiet now. Best choice for people who are no couch-potatoes or like to stroll around in the evening.
