Jean-Seb at FBC St. Martin recently hosted the Quicksilver King of the Groms Caribbean surfing final at his top spot Windy Reef, where 65 talented young surfers from the French Caribbean islands competed over 2 days in front of friends, family, local media and sponsors.

After previous events in Martinique and Guadeluope the competition was pretty hot, and we are stoked to say that 3
of Jean-Sebs home grown surfing stars won top podium spots. The first 2 will go on to the European final in France (31/7 – 4/8), and the best there will go on to get professional contracts!!

It was a great weekend which also included a Roxy/Quicksilver fashion show from the surfer boys and girls of Windy Reef, plus a kids windsurfing slalom race, prize ceremony and later live local music and a party on the beach with more than 200 people. Jean-Seb really knows how to host an event!

Congratulations also to Jean-Seb and Helene who continue to encourage and develop young windsurfing and surfing talent from their wicked spot!
