As far as sails are concerned, in 2010 again, all disciplines & styles are well covered with specific high performance designs and an even wider range of uses thanks to the new Twin Trim Clew (featured on all wave/freestyle and all slalom sails).

The concept sail Ego introduced in 2009 and rigged on (shorter) RDM masts only is again in the line; its’ maneuverability (new Cut Away Clew design) and the stability generated by the Cross Batten Concept will delight again the most demanding riders. Its draft point position has been re-adjusted in 2010 in the smaller and bigger sizes to offer an even more uniform feel and performance by all wind conditions and for all types of riders.

The 2010 line still includes the wave world cup oriented but 100% user friendly Ice (perfect for the lighter windsurfer and for all wave conditions) which some will now prefer in its HD version (heavy Duty) for the big days. Also on offer again, the Crossover Wave/Freestyle Duke remains an all rounder that delivers an incredible power/maneuverability ratio both when sailing in waves or performing freestyle.

Slalom and Speed are still, and more than ever, one of North’s main focuses with the new Ram F10 and the popular S Type (switchable Cams 3/2) and X Type (no Cam) engines, a perfect choice for all amateurs of strong sensations and fast runs.

The 2010 line also includes a line of already well loved all round freeride sails for people looking for light, easy rigs with a huge range of uses, smooth handling and a great fun factor: the Natural.

The final touch lays in the Drive range covering all entry level and intermediate windsurfers with specially designed small diameter booms and ultra light carbon masts.
