In cases in which a package tour or flight-only reservation has only been arranged, the General Travel Conditions of the pertinent organizer shall apply. We shall be only too happy to send you the complete contractual documentation of the organizer whose services have been engaged in connection with your reservation.

1. Conclusion of travel agreement

1.1. With your reservation, which may be made in writing, orally or by phone, you are submitting a binding offer to us to conclude a travel agreement. The travel agreement shall become effective with our acceptance.

1.2. The reservation made by the person placing the order shall also apply to all parties listed therein; the person making the reservation shall be vicariously responsible for compliance with the contractual obligations by such persons, to the extent that he/she has expressly declared willingness to do so in a separate agreement to this effect.

1.3. You will receive a confirmation of reservation from us or the organizer whose services we have engaged within 2 weeks of receipt of your reservation.
Should the contents of the confirmation of reservation differ from those of the reservation, a new offer has been made on our part, which shall remain binding for a period of 10 days. The agreement shall come into existence on the basis of this new offer, if you accept the latter within this period.

1.4. We are not bound by any patent typing, printing and computational errors.
